Obtaining your own records
RHEM Labs assists people and organisations with obtaining their own social-media data through available account-export processes. The scope is agreed around the platform, the account holder’s authority and the records sought. An export may not reproduce everything once visible on a platform.
Evidentiary interpretation
For legal matters, instructions come through the legal practitioner or professional organisation. Examination can address the origin of an export, its structure, timestamps, attachments and the limitations of the available records. Screenshots and rendered reports should be distinguished from the underlying platform data.
Open-source research
SPOT has a potential application in assessing the origin of imagery used in open-source intelligence. That research application does not imply a general surveillance or account-access service.
