Contacting the laboratory
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type, optional organisation, optional deadline or next court date, and a message. These details are sent to RHEM Labs using Microsoft Azure Communication Services so the laboratory can respond to your enquiry. Direct email is also available.
Please do not send evidence or sensitive case documents through the form. Substantive material is transferred through matter-specific arrangements only after conflict checking and engagement. The form uses a hidden spam field, request validation and temporary request-rate counters; it does not use a tracking-based CAPTCHA.

Republished Conversation article
The republished article Explainer: how law enforcement decodes your photos loads The Conversation’s required page-view counter from counter.theconversation.com. The counter is an image request made when that article loads; it is not used on other RHEM pages.
The Conversation states that the counter records the referring URL and browser user-agent and briefly uses the IP address to derive city-level location before discarding it. Your browser’s referrer settings may limit the referring information sent. See The Conversation’s republication guidelines and privacy policy.
